The Government of Nepal may, upon making an inquiry in to the works performed by the Fund or at any time what it deems necessary, issue necessary order or directives to the
Fund in order to perform necessary works for carrying out the objectives of the Fund. It shall be the duty of the Fund to abide by the directives or order issued by the Government of Nepal.
